Abstract:
This regulatory basis is in an early planning phase. Plan to conduct preliminary analysis to determine if cyber security controls should be pursued for byproduct material licensees to support the infrastructure. The NRC plans to conduct a survey to obtain preliminary information that will be used to determine whether the NRC should proceed with regulatory basis development.
