| Title: Cyber Security for Byproduct Material Licensees [NRC-2015-0019] | |
|
Abstract:
This rule would assure that Nuclear Regulatory Commission's byproduct material licensees provide reasonable assurance that digital assets associated with safety, security, emergency preparedness, and material control and accountability are adequately protected from cyber-attacks. The staff plans to gather information and conduct a consequence analysis to obtain preliminary information that would be used to determine whether it should proceed with rulemaking. Staff has established a working group to coordinate and perform these preliminary activities.
