Title: Defense Against Common Mode Failures in Digital I&C Systems [NRC-2015-0040] 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would require applicants for digital I&C systems to assess the defense-in-depth and diversity of proposed digital instrumentation and control systems to demonstrate that vulnerabilities to common mode failures have been adequately addressed.
