Title: Advanced Power Reactor (APR)-1400 (KEPCO) Design Certification [NRC-2015-0224] 
Abstract:

The APR1400 Design Certification rule would amend the Commission's regulations to part 52 by issuing a new appendix for the initial certification of the APR1400 standard plant design.  Applicants or licensees intending to construct and operate a nuclear power plant using the APR1400 design may do so by referencing this design certification rule.
