Abstract:

The rulemaking is to amend Certificate of Compliance No. 1040 for the Holtec HI-STORM UMAX Canister Storage System.  Amendment No. 2 seeks to add new fuel types to the HI-STORM UMAX Canister Storage System, update an existing fuel type description, update Table 3-4 of Appendix B of the Technical Specifications to reflect correct terminology, and other editorial changes to Appendix B.
