Abstract:

This action is to promulgate a direct final rule to amend the listing in 10 CFR 72.214, List of approved spent fuel storage casks to add the Renewal of Initial Certificate and Amendment No. 1 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1027 for TN Americas LLC.
