Abstract:

This action is to promulgate a direct final rule to amend the listing in 10 CFR 72.214, List of approved spent fuel storage casks, to add Revision 1 to Amendment Nos. 0 through 2 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1040 for Holtec International HI-STORM UMAX Canister Storage System.
