Abstract:

Consistent with Executive Order 14300, Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the NRC is conducting a review and wholesale revision of its regulations. This initiative aims to streamline the regulations in 10 CFR Part 110, which govern the export of nuclear reactor equipment and materials.
