Title: ●Increased Flexibility in the Mandatory Hearing Process [NRC-2025-1502] 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the NRC’s regulations to remove the requirement to make specific findings under the National Environmental Policy Act in an uncontested proceeding; thereby, providing the Commission more flexibility with the conduct of uncontested hearings.
