Abstract:

Consistent with Executive Order 14300, Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission,” the NRC is conducting a review and wholesale revision of its regulations. This initiative aims to modernize the NRC's Schedule B exempt quantity licensing thresholds and the Department of Energy (DOE) exemptions for material use.
