Title: ●2025 FOIA Update 
Abstract:

This rulemaking will implement changes required by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, amend terms such as "Chairman" and "General Manager" to be consistent with changes to the Atomic Energy Act of 1964, update how DNFSB applies Exemption 4 to be consistent with current case law, add multitrack processing to distinguish between simple and complex requests, and add additional language to be included in denial letters.
