Abstract:
The Bureau issued this procedural rule to update to its Rules of Practice for Adjudication Proceedings. The rule expands the opportunities for parties in adjudication proceedings to conduct depositions and also makes other technical changes. The Bureau has invited comments on the rule, and the Bureau may make further amendments after considering the comments. |
