| Title: Rescission of State Official Notification Rules | |
|
Abstract:
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Bureau) issued a direct final rule that would have rescinded the Bureau’s procedures by which a State official must notify the Bureau when the official takes an action to enforce the Consumer Financial Protection Act, but the Bureau withdrew the direct final rule because significant adverse comments were received. The Bureau is currently evaluating the comments. |
