Title: ●FOIA Improvements Act Update and Privacy 
Abstract:

ONDCP is updating its FOIA regulation pursuant to the FOIA Improvements Act of 2016. We are amending our existing FOIA regulation to meet the requirements of the FOIA Improvements Act. ONDCP is also promulgating our agency Privacy Act regulation. ONDCP is promulgating Privacy Act implementing regulations to establish formal procedures for requesting information protected by the Privacy Act.
