Title: Correction of Retirement Coverage Errors Under the Federal Erroneous Retirement Coverage Correction Act 
Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is amending its regulations to include new rules for correcting certain retirement coverage errors. We are amending the regulations to implement the provisions of the Federal Erroneous Retirement Coverage Corrections Act (FERCCA), title II of Public Law 106-265. The regulations will allow agencies to correct affected coverage errors.
