Title: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Regulations 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to revise the Agency's FOIA regulations incorporating the intent and changes of the FOIA amendments. The revisions include incorporating the e-FOIA Act of 1996 and the OPEN Government Act of 2007. It will also incorporate the Attorney General’s guidelines, reflect the Agency reorganization of 2003, and make plain language modifications.
