Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will revise these regulations to: (1) Delete obsolete information; (2) clarify requirements regarding the maximum-entry age and U.S. citizenship; (3) add new information concerning appealing qualifications determinations; and (4) add the web address for qualification standards and requirements.
