Title: Adverse Actions 
Abstract: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued final regulations governing Federal adverse actions on December 4, 2009. The final regulation removed unnecessary subparts pertaining to statutory requirements, made a number of technical corrections, and utilized consistent language for similar regulatory requirements. OPM also plans to release a proposed rule on adverse actions regarding indefinite suspensions (please refer to item 3206-AM26).
