Title: Compensatory Time Off for Religious Observances 
Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to amend the rules concerning compensatory time off for religious observances. The original proposed regulations from 2005 will be withdrawn and rewritten and, in some instances, reordered to enhance reader understanding and to support the standardization of pay policies under the e-Payroll initiative.
