Title: Compensatory Time Off for Religious Observances 
Abstract:

This final rule amends the regulation for compensatory time off for religious observances.  The final rule addresses comments to the proposed rule published August 30, 2013, and clarifies employee and agency responsibilities, provides timeframes for earning and using religious compensatory time off, and defines key terms.
