Abstract: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued a final rule to amend regulations pertaining to the Federal Long-Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). This regulation expands coverage eligibility to domestic partners of eligible Federal employees, annuitants, and of members and retired members of the uniformed services.
