Title: ●Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program: Miscellaneous Changes 
Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a proposed regulation to amend the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). The proposed regulation will provide OPM with more flexibility in administering the Program and will allow former spouses and other qualified relatives, such as spouses of adult children and adult foster children and their spouses to apply for coverage in FLTCIP. This proposed regulation also clarifies OPM’s role as the regulator for the FLTCIP.
