| Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to issue regulations based on E.O 13562, "Recruiting and Hiring Students and Recent Graduates" issued December 27, 2010. This E.O. establishes an Internship Program and a Recent Graduates Program that along with the current Presidential Management Fellows Program will be collectively known as the Pathways Programs. The E.O. also establishes a new excepted service Schedule D, in 5 CFR 213. | |
