| Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to eliminate the 2-year period for the spouses of 100% disabled and deceased armed forces members. The purpose of the elimination is to fully recognize and honor the service of armed forces members that have been injured, disabled, or killed in connection with their service; and allow for life-time eligibility for such spouses. | |
