Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) amended its regulations at 5 CFR parts 151, 733, and 734 by incorporating recent amendments to the Hatch Act made by Public Law 112-230 (Hatch Act Modernization Act of 2012) updating the contact information for the United States Office of Special Counsel and updating sections to conform to the Acts current provisions.
