Title: General Schedule Locality Pay Areas-Establish 12 New Locality Pay Areas and Update Locality Pay Area Boundaries Based on New Metropolitan Area Definitions 
Abstract:

The Federal Salary Council recommended in November 2012, that 12 new pay areas be established and recommended in January 2014, that locality pay areas be modified based on new metropolitan area definitions issued by the Office of Management and Budget in February 2013. The President's Pay Agent tentatively agreed with both recommendations and plans to publish proposed regulations in 2015.
