Title: General Schedule Locality Pay Areas 
Abstract:

The Federal Salary Council recommended that 13 new locality pay areas be established, and that current locality pay areas be modified based on new metropolitan area definitions issued by the Office of Management and Budget in February 2013. After publishing a proposed rule, on June 1, 2015, and considering comments received through July 1, 2015, the President’s Pay Agent is issuing final regulations to implement changes in the definitions of locality pay areas.
