Abstract:

The U. S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a notice of proposed rulemaking to amend Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program regulations to provide circumstances where certain eligible family members may be removed from FEHB Self and Family enrollments.
