Title: Garnishment Regulations 
Abstract:

In response to agency requests, the Office of Personnel Management proposes revisions to its regulations in 5 CFR parts 581 and 582. The revisions would provide certain administrative updates regarding the list of agents designated to accept legal process in 5 CFR part 581, Appendix A, and delete a duplicative reference in 5 CFR part 582, Appendix A which is already included in 5 CFR part 581, Appendix A.
