Abstract:

This final rule amends the Requirements Related to Surprise Billing; Part I (July 2021 interim final rules) and the Requirements Related to Surprise Billing Interim Final Rules; Part II (October 2021 interim final rules) which set forth requirements related to Title I (No Surprises Act (NSA)) and Title II (Transparency) of Division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
