Abstract:

The Office of Personnel Management is proposing to amend the regulations to prescribe additional parameters for agency led Senior Executive Service (SES) Candidate Development Programs. The purpose of the proposed rule is to improve the efficiency, rigor, and timeliness by which agencies identify and develop high-performance candidates leading to SES Qualifications Review Board Certification and non-competitive status for appointment to the SES.
