Title: Employment in the Excepted Service 
Abstract:

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing amendments to the current employment processes and procedures applicable to making appointments in the excepted service to better align with the minimal statutory requirements under title 5 U.S.C. and E.O. 14317. OPM is also proposing to remove the monthly reporting of excepted appointments under Schedules A, B, and C.
