Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to amend the regulations to remove the monthly reporting of excepted appointments under Schedules A, B, and C. The current monthly requirement is redundant given the annual reporting requirement. Removing the monthly requirement lowers the administrative burden and time spent on data collection, formatting and coordination of publishing. |
