| Abstract: The Panama Canal Commission is proposing to amend 35 CFR 61.155 by adding a new paragraph to clarify disinsecting requirements. The new paragraph reads as follows: "(e) The disinfecting required under paragraph (a) of this section shall not be required when the index of Aedes aegypti in Panama exceeds the 1.0 limit established by the World Health Organization (WHO)." | |
