Title: Limitations on Outside Earned Income, Employment, and Affiliations for Certain Noncareer Employees 
Abstract: The Office of Government Ethics will again coordinate with the Department of Justice in separate rulemakings to make appropriate inflation adjustments to Ethics in Government Act civil monetary penalties, one of which is reflected in this regulation (the other four are found in part 2634 of OGE's regulations, RIN 3209-AA00).
