Abstract:
The Office of Government Ethics is amending its Privacy Act regulation pursuant to the CASES Act, which requires each federal agency to accept electronic identity proofing and authentication processes for Privacy Act requests for access to records and for prior written consent to the disclosure of the individual's records. |
