Title: Department of Veterans Affairs Standards of Ethical Conduct Regulations Issued Jointly With the Concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), plans to issue a proposed regulation for VA employees that supplements the executive branch-wide Standards of Ethical Conduct issued by OGE. The supplemental regulation requires VA employees to obtain approval before engaging in certain outside activities or employment and prohibits attorneys under the supervision of the VA Office of General Counsel from practicing law as an outside activity for remuneration, with some exceptions.
