Title: ●Updates to the Commercial and Private Operations Regulations 
Abstract:

The Presidio Trust will propose revisions to two of its regulations prohibiting discrimination by operators of public accommodations within Area B of the Presidio. The purpose of the revisions is to remove reference to EO 11246 which was rescinded under EO 14173 and align the regulations with those governing Area A of the Presidio under the National Park Service management of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
