Title: ●Eligibility For an Annuity 
Abstract:

In accordance with Executive Order 14219, we propose to amend our regulations at 20 CFR Part 216 to reflect statutory amendments allowing annuities to be paid to employees with less than ten years of railroad service, but at least five years of railroad service after 1995. We also propose to remove regulations describing a reduction to spouse annuities that no longer applies, and to correct eligibility criteria for a widow with the deceased employee’s child in care.
