Title: Disability Annuity Earnings Restrictions 
Abstract:

In accordance with Executive Order 14219, we propose to amend our regulations at 20 CFR 220.161-164 to update the amount of monthly allowable earnings for a disability annuitant to reflect the formula in section 2(e)(4) of the Railroad Retirement Act.
