Abstract:
The Office of Personal Management, in its regulations at 5 CFR 550.1104, requires agencies to issue regulations governing the collection of a debt by salary offset. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency is proposing to develop new regulations in compliance with 5 CFR 550.1104 and insert them in its regulations at 28 CFR 814. |
