Abstract: The Commission established rules for the interim review of PCAOB inspection reports and other matters of PCAOB oversight. After the Commission’s initial experience under the new procedures, the Commission intends to issue a notice of comment so that it can consider any such comments, along with its own initial experience, to determine whether changes would be warranted.
