Title: References to Ratings of Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organizations 
Abstract: The Commission is withdrawing this rulemaking because the Dodd-Frank Act requires the Commission to remove credit rating references in regulations issued by the Commission and to substitute standards of creditworthiness that the Commission determines appropriate for those regulations. The Division is considering recommending that the Commission propose new rulemakings to implement the statutory requirements.
