| Abstract: The Commission proposed amendments to forms and rules to implement the requirements of section 1503 of the Dodd-Frank Act. The proposed amendments would require issuers that are operators of coal and other mines to disclose information in their periodic reports about specified health and safety violations, orders and citations, related penalty assessments, legal actions, and mining related fatalities.
