| Abstract: This rule amends the regulations governing proceedings before SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) to change and clarify procedures to make them easier to use and more efficient, codify OHA case law pertaining to its own procedures, and conform regulations to longstanding practice, In addition, the rule conforms OHA's regulations to reflect the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), which has replaced the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) system. | |
