Title: Implementation of Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008: Immediate Disaster Assistance Program 
Abstract: This interim final rule would establish and implement an immediate disaster assistance bridge loan program under which SBA will guarantee loans made by private lenders to eligible businesses located in a disaster area that also apply for a loan under SBA's direct disaster loan program. SBA may guarantee 85 percent of any loan under this program and the maximum loan amount is $25,000. SBA will process applications for immediate disaster assistance bridge loans within 36 hours of receipt.
