| Title: Standards for Collecting and Using Information About Clients That Utilize SBA's Management and Technical Assistance Programs | |
| Abstract: This proposed rule would establish standards for: (a) the collection and disclosure of individual client information necessary for the purpose of conducting financial audits of management and technical assistance grantees; and for (b) the collection and use of individual client information to conduct client surveys, including oversight of such surveys and dissemination and use of client information. The purpose of this rule would be to provide a framework for the Agency to collect and analyze management and technical assistance client information to measure: (1) program impact; (2) program effectiveness; and (3) service gaps while providing, to the extent practicable, the maximum amount of privacy protection of individual client information. | |
