| Abstract: SBA plans to propose regulations for the Women's Business Center (WBC) Program. The WBC provides financial assistance to organizations that provide management and technical assistance to small business concerns owned and controlled by women, and to women wishing to start a small business. The purpose of this proposed rule would be to codify a framework for the development, delivery, funding and measurement of management and technical assistance projects conducted by Women's Business Center program grantees. | |
