Title: ●Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program Policy Directive-Amendments to Data Rights
Abstract: SBA plans to amend the STTR Policy Directive to clarify STTR data rights to add a new simplified data rights option for participation agencies. SBA has determined that the STTR program would benefit from greater clarity and specificity on data rights. This proposed rule would amend Section 8 of the Policy Directive and the clause the Directive requires to be included in agency STTR solicitations and funding agreements.
