Title: ●Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program; Simplified Acquisition Thresholds  
Abstract: The U.S. Small Business Administration will issue an interim final rule to correct certain regulations governing small business contracting procedures in 13 CFR part 127, entitled "The Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Assistance Procedures," that appeared in the Federal Register on October 7, 2010 (75 FR 62258). Specifically, the SBA will correct the simplified acquisitions thresholds set forth in that rule to reflect the recent Federal Acquisition Regulation inflationary adjustments as well as the statutory thresholds of $5 million and $3 million for contracts awarded under the WOSB Program. The SBA will also correct language set forth in the protest section of the regulations at section 127.604.
